We've uses this service twice now. The website is easy to navigate. If you have an issue it is easy to email them and get things sorted out. Last year the driver was great and gave us some good cycling tips. This year we had to cancel Spain and we got our refund minus bank fees with no issues. I really like how easy it is to deal with this company! Will use them next year!
