Can I cancel my transfer free of charge?
Yes. We offer free cancellation if you cancel before the third day prior to your transfer. Between that point and 24 hours before, a €30 admin fee applies, and within the last 24 hours the full fare is charged. Changes to time, date or destination are handled free of charge subject to availability.
